Online Support

At the Online – Support we diagnose your problem via remote access to the computer on which your NETMAN is installed.

The remote access is exclusively done via TeamViewer.

Please download and install the TeamViewer “QuickSupport” before the online session.

We additionally recommend to download the diagnostic tool (see below).

Online support is available by appointment only!

The support of asanetwork GmbH is not continuously staffed, but usually from Monday to Friday 9:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00 CET.

Then download the free-of-charge asanetwork diagnostics software!

asanetwork DIAGNOSTICS verifies major components interconnected in the asanetwork for proper functionality and configuration.

Target is that both the user and the service technicians of the equipment manufacturers can obtain a quick diagnosis of typical problems on site.

Unzip the ZIP archive and start AwnDiag.exe.

Use of the software is at your own risk, support for analysis and remedial action is not included in the licence.

Runs on all 32 and 64-Bit versions of Microsoft Windows from Windows XP/2003 up to Windows 10 and Windows Server Technical Preview 2 (2016) respectively.
